Deburred pilot holes on the left inboard skin and spars. Cleco'd the skin back in place.
Went to fit the left inboard skin doubler and found except for the one inboard lower aft skin hole, all the others were offset 1/2 the rivet spacing. Couldn't find a mention of this problem in the revisions log and a close look at W14-04 rev N/C shows that the holes will not line up with those on the lower trailing edge of skin W17-01.
Drilled an additional set of holes by clamping the upper training edge inline with the lower edge, using the one good hole as a left/right index.
Only left most lower hole is correct (rt side shown)
